Flow style Reformer workout with a focus on the mesh of athleticism and pilates.
Series included;
-Footwork to bridges, Single leg in strap and arms in straps
-Knee stretch to Long plank and Elongated Elephant to split stretch 
-Upper body seated Long Box series with abs
-Scooter series with knee lifted balance and single leg raise

•Sunday class times require (2) person minimum
