Foundational/ Fascial Movement
This class is open to all levels and most suited for folks interested in changing their fascia, alignment, range of motion, balance, and stability. When we can relearn basic movement that we did as children our body can be rebuilt from the ground up, creating a stable foundation from which we can move.
We will be focusing on proper positioning and alignment focusing on our breath to release tension held within the body. 
Kat blends her knowledge of Rolfing®, MovNat®, Functional movement w/ Yoga, and primal movement to help us connect to our foundation within our body from feet to pelvis all the way to the top of our heads. Our bodies need a proper foundation just like a house!
