The 4th in our Athletic Flow Series.  This class focuses on adding more cardio and strength combinations to challenge you.
The jump board/rebounder is used in class in intervals.
Included in the repertoire:
-Series of 5
-splits
-rotations

-Mermaid with variations
-Kneeling Camel series
-Reverse Scooter 
-Short spine series
-lateral split

Prior Reformer experience is best.

•Sunday class times require (2) person minimum
