A comprehensive warmup to include:
Footwork 
Bridges
Supine Arm Series 
Single Leg in Strap

Flow Sequences will practice skills and incorporate into a series of exercises to either advance or modify.
-Knee Stretch/Elephant Variations/Plank/Split Scooter
-Long Box upper body with C curve and hinged spine variations
-Scooter series with variations
-Supine Legs in Straps Flow

•Sunday class times require (2) person minimum
